Healthcare personas created for a major health organization to reflect the US healthcare market.
Research into the participation in and benefits of diabetes support groups
A wireframe for this client, of their country pages.
We hypothesized personas would line up on a 2x2 framework around feelings of Trust and Empowerment in these places. How would the quantified personas place on these axes? Our analysis showed us.
Exploring a broad reach of diabetes in the heavily Hispanic Pilsen neighborhood of Chicago, we did a diary study with some helpful community members. This is a family tree of diabetes in one representative family of this community.

Persona created from research into online health information, for a site breaking into that space.
This is a design charrette we organized in the Pilsen neighborhood in Chicago. Over 30 community members participated in finding solutions for healthy behavior changes, and to raise diabetes awareness in this neighborhood heavily affected by this health condition.
