My Role As global design lead / art director, I designed content, led a team of designers directly reporting to me and on global firm site teams, as well as for external ad agency contributions to this firm. Very detail-oriented, I work within and create strategy without missing the fine points.
In this role, I also built out image and template libraries as our brand evolved, as well as naming conventions, increasing the efficiency of the site team building content, and developers. Acting as global lead, I also developed and delivered design team training to teams worldwide, assisted with design guidance, and monitored brand use on worldwide sites ensuring brand recognition globally.

As Accenture split off I instigated home page content strategy to illustrate practice area expertise, to elevate the firm's full expertise to companies seeking the business consulting and audit expertise that Arthur Andersen had provided since its founding.
